The Alproof series is deuters new avalanche backpack series. Equipped with Alpride's E2 airbag system, the Alproof is lightweight and easy to use. The airbag is powered by USB-C charged supercapacitors that inflate in less than three seconds. Additional AA batteries provide long standby time. LCD displays and external LED lights provide full control and "buddy check" function. Plus, the carrying system and attachments are super convenient and intuitive.

Snug fit for better balance: The lightweight Deuter Alpine back system creates a compact, snug fit that keeps the load close to your center of gravity for better carry comfort and also provides effective airflow across the back. Side compression straps help reduce load wobble for better balance and control in challenging terrain.
Easy handling for extra safety: The waist belt, fully adjustable sternum strap and leg safety strap all work together to prevent the backpack from being ripped off during an avalanche. The leg strap is also easily secured, without having to undo the waist belt.
Latest airbag technology for more safety: The updated, fully electronic Alpride E2 avalanche airbag system, which features the latest supercapacitor technology, is one of the lightest electronic systems on the market and unaffected by low temperatures. In addition to fast, high-pressure deployment, this proven technology has huge advantages when it comes to maintenance and transport compared to traditional cartridge-powered airbags. An LED status display and trigger action on the outside of the bag makes it easy to assess the system and activate it. Operation is extremely intuitive and is easy to learn during pre-season practice sessions.
Choice of stow options: An innovative mesh helmet bag connects to the front of the pack and is also detachable has various applications. It’s a standalone mesh helmet bag and it’s also a helmet holder flap when attached to the front of the pack. This means it can also be used to store other gear like wet clothing etc. inside the bag.
