175D PA Ripstop Ultra HD

• > D stands for Denier – a unit of measurement for yarn weight. 600D means that 9,000 meters of yarn weigh 600 grams. The higher the value, the more robust (and often heavier) the material.
• > PES stands for Polyester. Polyester fibers are highly tear- and abrasion-resistant, easy to care for, and absorb very little moisture.
• > PA stands for Polyamide (also known as nylon). Polyamide fibers are especially durable, elastic, and lightweight – ideal for textiles subject to high stress.
• > REC stands for Recycled – the material is made entirely or partially from recycled resources.
• > BS stands for bluesign®-certified – the material has been produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way according to the bluesign® standard.

SL Women's Fit: This model is also available in the SL version. The SL back length is specific for women: on average, women have shorter backs than men. The carrying system in the SL model is therefore somewhat shorter than in the Deuter standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy. 

Deuter Aircontact: Reduced to the essentials, this lightweight pack expertly balances comfort and weight, so you can devote more energy to the trail. The lid can also be detached to reduce overall weight. The new Air Spacer mesh performs three functions in one: Comfort, cushioning and ventilation. These attributes make this a weight-optimized backpack. With the addition of the Clip & Loop adjustable back length it also offers a tailored fit and superior carry comfort over longer distances.

PFAS Free: This product is free from PFAS (per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances). PFAS have water, dirt and grease repellent properties but they are persistent chemicals and harmful to people, animals, and the environment. Instead, Deuter uses durable water-repellent finishes (DWR) that are environmentally sound and harmless to human and animal health, and free from these ‘forever chemicals’.
