Chapter 2 of The Magnificent is set in the Catlins, an area brimming with wild beauty and adventure at every step. From dramatic coastlines to lush bush trails and spectacular waterfalls, this race tests even the most experienced adventurers. Being unsupported means participants have to manage their own gear, food, sleep, and medical care, plan their own strategy, and rely on their skills—and their lights—to conquer the course. Fenix gives racers the visibility and reliability to navigate the toughest sections safely and efficiently.
