Directions:

• When should I use this product?
  This product is designed to be used during training or racing fuel and provide energy to your body.
• What is the texture like?
  The texture of Gel X Pro is not too thick and not too thin! It is smooth & drinkable which makes the gels quick & easy to ‘get down.’
• How many gels do I need?
  We recommend 1 prior and 1 gel every 30-40 minutes of exercise. Each gel contains 120 calories and 29.3g carbohydrates.
• Can I use this with Fuel X endurance Fuel?
  Yes! You add in Gel X Pro nutrition when you require extra energy and use both products at the same time. Remember that the Fuel X endurance fuel will keep you well hydrated and replenished while the Gel X Pro provides extra calories when needed.
• How long does the Gel X Pro last after I purchase it?
  The gels have an 18-month expiry date from when they are manufactured.
