• Ingredients: Dextrose (Glucose), Sucrose, Australian Sea Salt, Natural Flavour, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Citrate, Calcium Carbonate.

Directions:

• Add 500 - 700ml water to desired amount of Fuel X. Shake well to dissolve.
• 1 scoop = 100 calories
• 1 - 2 scoops for the first hour of exercise.
• 2 - 3 scoops per hour thereafter.
• Use hunger as a guide

Additional Information: 

Matcha GreenTea is made with REAL Matcha rather than flavourings. So, you will get the benefit of naturally occurring caffeine – 11mg per scoop. No synthetic caffeine is used in any of our products.

Nude – Unflavoured Fuel X tastes like slightly sweetened water. It can be used in conjunction with the other Fuel X flavours if you prefer a milder taste! Add one scoop of your favourite flavour (either Tropical, Matcha, Lemon-Lime Pro, Pear Pro) and one scoop of Nude to 500-700ml water.
