Materials:
- > D stands for Denier – a unit of measurement for yarn weight. 600D means that 9,000 meters of yarn weigh 600 grams. The higher the value, the more robust (and often heavier) the material.
- > PES stands for Polyester. Polyester fibers are highly tear- and abrasion-resistant, easy to care for, and absorb very little moisture.
- > PA stands for Polyamide (also known as nylon). Polyamide fibers are especially durable, elastic, and lightweight – ideal for textiles subject to high stress.
- > REC stands for Recycled – the material is made entirely or partially from recycled resources.
- > BS stands for bluesign®-certified – the material has been produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way according to the bluesign® standard.

SL Women's Fit:
This model is also available in the SL version. The SL back length is specific for women: on average, women have shorter backs than men. The carrying system in the SL model is therefore somewhat shorter than in the Deuter standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy.
deuter Alpine Back System:
Good Ventilation: thanks to channels between the back padding, covered in breathable mesh fabric.
Compact fit: thanks to the body-hugging ergonomics of the back padding and carry system.
The benefits: The solid, secure fit makes it easier to maintain balance, even in challenging terrain, and make controlled movements. The ergonomics and reliable ventilation also add to the carrying comfort.
