The Climber pack for children aged 6+ sits firmly in place and gives kids full range of movement no matter how adventurous they are.
It features the Deuter Alpine back system for a solid, secure fit when moving through high-focus alpine terrain, and is comfortable and ventilated to support them on long days out.
Side compression straps allow the volume of the pack to be cinched close to the child’s center of gravity.
Stretch side pockets, lid compartments, a gear loop on the hip fins, pole attachments, and docking loops for attaching a helmet holder or other gear to the outside make this pack exceptionally adaptable.

Resource-efficient manufacturing: The bluesign® product meets the Green Button requirement thanks to the main material made from recycled materials and environmentally friendly manufactured, resource-saving components. It is also climate-neutral, PFAS-free and thus makes a clear statement in terms of sustainability.
Deuter Alpine back system: The Alpine System combines a firm, secure fit for concentrated action in difficult terrain with maximum comfort and pleasant ventilation between the two Softstripe back pads.
PFAS Free: This product is free from PFAS (per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances). PFAS have water, dirt and grease repellent properties but they are persistent chemicals and harmful to people, animals, and the environment. Instead, Deuter uses durable water-repellent finishes (DWR) that are environmentally sound and harmless to human and animal health, and free from these ‘forever chemicals’.
ClimatePartner Certified product: By adopting more materials and technologies that have a smaller carbon footprint in our collections we are taking positive steps toward reducing our CO² emissions. But despite our greatest efforts, it’s impossible to make products climate neutral. And so, we’ve teamed up with Climate Partner to offset any unavoidable CO² emissions.
